Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This policy explains what data is processed when you visit doroonc.com. The short answer: this site does not track you, sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

Data controller

Doroo NC Labs (Ankara, Türkiye) is the data controller within the meaning of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.

Data we process

The site has no accounts, no orders and no payment system, and no live form. There is therefore no way for you to submit data to us through the site. The only category of data processed is the technical records the hosting server writes automatically:

  • IP address
  • Browser and operating system information (user agent)
  • The address of the page requested, with the date and time of the request

Purpose and legal basis

Server logs are kept solely to secure the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2-f.

These records are not used for marketing, are not used for profiling and are not shared with third parties.

If you email us

When you write to the email address published on the site, the information in your message is processed solely to answer your enquiry. Such correspondence is not used for any other purpose.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. See the Cookie Policy page for details.

Third parties and outbound links

No third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking code runs on this site. Every file, fonts included, is served from our own server, so your browser makes no request to an external service in order to display the page.

The site links out to external addresses such as Trendyol, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Once you follow one of those links, that platform’s own privacy policy and cookie practices apply. Their processing is outside our control.

Retention

Server logs are kept for as long as the security purpose requires and are then deleted. Email correspondence is destroyed within a reasonable period after the enquiry is closed.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Send any request to [email protected].

Changes

This policy is updated as the site changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date above amended accordingly.
